About This Role
- Undertake 12 months of structured on-the-job training in software development, testing, and system support within eClinical and Imaging units.
- Work on real projects under mentor supervision, participating in coding, debugging, testing, documentation, and SDLC activities.
- Contribute to AI/automation initiatives using tools like Python, Selenium, or RPA, and support process optimization and reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- Must be registered on the NATS portal with completed e-KYC (Aadhaar verification mandatory).
- Graduates in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
- No prior work experience required.
- Employment Type: 12-month apprenticeship at Hyderabad location.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong foundational interest in software development, particularly in clinical research technology domain.
- Ability to learn under mentorship and work within structured training and project timelines.
- Exposure or certification in foundational programming/AI/automation tools such as Python, JavaScript, SQL, AI/ML is advantageous.
