About This Role
- Implement and enhance the Data Governance framework, policies, and operating model collaborating with global business and technology stakeholders.
- Drive adoption of Collibra Data Intelligence tools and manage Critical Data Elements, business definitions, and metadata for data transparency and control.
- Establish and monitor data quality rules, lead data stewardship activities, facilitate governance forums, and support transition to a data-centric architecture.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in data governance or data management.
- Experience with data management applications such as Informatica, Collibra, MDM, and skills in Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, and VBA macros in Excel.
- Work Experience Required: 4 to 6 years relevant experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong understanding of data management concepts, data models, taxonomies, standards, and quality.
- Experience working collaboratively across global teams and with various data stakeholders (owners, stewards, technology).
- Background in business operations with data focus and project management experience, adept at process improvement and automation initiatives.
