About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure healthcare applications using ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, C#, and SQL Server.
- Lead technical design and development, conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Drive performance optimization, troubleshooting, production support, and contribute to modernization and cloud migration initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of software development experience.
- Strong hands-on skills with ASP.NET, .NET Core, C#, SQL Server, and Azure resources (functions, storage, key vault, App Config, App Insights).
- Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns (SOLID), and software engineering best practices.
- High-speed broadband internet (minimum 50 Mbps) with ability to set up wired home network connection for remote work.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with end-to-end SDLC in Agile environments and advanced CI/CD and version control (Git) practices.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and integrating AI services into production applications preferred.
- Technical leadership capability with strong communication skills and experience influencing decisions in cross-functional teams.
