About This Role
- Engineer, secure, automate, and support enterprise Windows endpoints using Microsoft Intune and related technologies across their entire lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain device configuration profiles, compliance policies, security baselines, and endpoint standards to improve compliance and security posture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable automation and remediation solutions that reduce recurring incidents, improve user experience and operational efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 3–6 years of experience in EUC, Endpoint Engineering, Desktop Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and enterprise Windows endpoint management including Windows 10/11 upgrades and device provisioning.
- Proficient in PowerShell scripting, endpoint security controls (BitLocker, Defender, Conditional Access), and vulnerability remediation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in endpoint lifecycle management from design through production support and retirement with focus beyond break/fix to automation and scalability.
- Able to work cross-functionally with Security, Infrastructure, Service Desk, Desktop Support, and business teams to align endpoint technology with organizational requirements.
- Expertise in endpoint security, compliance, automation, and troubleshooting complex Windows, Intune, and application issues in enterprise environments.
