About This Role
- Own the product roadmap and priorities informed by customer feedback, usage data, and business objectives.
- Write detailed specs and requirements for engineers and AI coding tools, and build quick AI-driven prototypes to validate ideas.
- Lead customer/user engagement to translate needs into product decisions and collaborate daily with engineering to ensure timely delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience with hands-on ownership of a product or major product area.
- Domain experience in HR technology, learning management systems (LMS), or talent platforms.
- Experience working with enterprise customers and translating their needs into product features.
- Location requirement: Onsite in Noida, India; open to India-based candidates only.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Has deep experience owning talent or learning-focused products, especially within HR tech or LMS domains.
- Uses AI tools daily in the product development process, including writing specs, prototyping, and evaluating AI features.
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with structured problem solving and strong written communication skills.
