About This Role
- Lead and own enterprise-level transformation programs in software product and cloud solution delivery with measurable business outcomes.
- Build and manage a high-performing Software PMO team, establish governance, set KPIs, and ensure portfolio delivery across global stakeholders.
- Drive cross-functional technical program delivery including Agile/SAFe practices, cloud architectures, vendor management, and GenAI initiatives for software innovation.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years in software engineering and technical program management with complex software product delivery experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Demonstrated experience leading and scaling program management teams across multiple geographies (India, US, Europe).
- 1-2 years hands-on experience managing GenAI-based software or workflow automation programs.

- Experienced transformation leader skilled at driving multi-year, high-visibility programs with measurable business value across technology and business functions.
- Hands-on operator comfortable with technical discussions including cloud-native architectures, DevSecOps, and AI/ML platform integration.
