About This Role
- Own the long-term strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Voice Recording, business controls, and applied AI products within the Global Capture and Control Product team.
- Drive stakeholder and customer engagement globally; translate needs into clear product requirements and measurable delivery plans.
- Lead discovery, manage agile backlogs, releases, and communicate progress, risks, and decisions to senior leadership in a global multi-team setup.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience delivering enterprise software or application capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong agile delivery experience managing backlogs, planning releases, and delivering features across a global organization.
- Working knowledge of generative AI, agent-based workflows, and AI-assisted development applied to products or applications.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in defining product roadmaps and converting user research and stakeholder inputs into detailed, actionable product documentation (specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria).
- Comfortable working in a complex, global, multi-team agile environment with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Has exposure to secure, enterprise-grade cloud application delivery and preferably understands financial services controls, risk, or compliance affecting digital communications.
