About This Role
- Manage and optimize funding of Deutsche Bank's Nostro accounts, minimizing overdraft costs and opportunity loss.
- Prepare and monitor MIS reports, perform root cause analysis on Nostro balances, and manage reconciliations and interest allocations.
- Collaborate with funding owners, traders, operations managers, and group treasury; ensure process improvements, risk mitigation, and SLA adherence.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in Nostro Management environment within Banking/Finance.
- Degree in Finance, Commerce, or related field, or minimum 6 years banking/finance experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in Nostro Management; other experience requirements as above.

- Experienced in managing cross-functional coordination with global stakeholders in a regulated banking environment.
- Capable of independently analyzing funding needs and operational risks with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools responsibly for productivity and workflow optimization in Treasury operations.
