About This Role
- Design, build, and maintain features for Signal, an in-house ERP system, using Elixir, Phoenix, and Phoenix LiveView.
- Lead product features end-to-end including requirements, design, delivery, production support, and iteration while collaborating cross-functionally with global teams.
- Shape Signal architecture, enforce high code quality standards, mentor engineers, and influence team AI workflows and tooling.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Elixir and Phoenix, including hands-on experience with Phoenix LiveView.
- Experience with relational databases and data modeling, preferably PostgreSQL and Ecto.
- Fluency in AI development tools and coding agents with ability to critically review AI-generated code.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced working in distributed teams across time zones with clear communication in English.
- Strong software design, architecture, usability focus, and ability to operate in ambiguity with sound decision-making.
- Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, with some background in backend languages and frontend frameworks.
