About This Role
- Lead and manage technical delivery across multiple squads to deliver complex features, epics, and releases ensuring technical excellence and solution consistency.
- Develop and execute application strategy and roadmap in collaboration with Domain and Hive Leads, aligning technical solutions with business and technology architectures and enterprise standards.
- Oversee technical risk management, compliance with security controls, solution design reviews, and vendor integrations to ensure scalable, secure, and high-quality software delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years experience in software development domain.
- Graduation or Post-Graduation in Computer Science Engineering.
- Proven experience with Agile methodologies, API & Microservices, Container Platforms (OpenShift, Kubernetes), Integration Technologies (MQ, Kafka, Solace), DevOps & SRE, and database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
- Work Experience Required: More than 10+ years in software development domain.
