- Enable same-day vulnerability hotfix and deployment by containerizing applications, optimizing Dockerfiles, and streamlining CI/CD pipelines within engineering squads.
- Perform technical validation of remediation plans and lead code reviews for contractor engineers, ensuring security and architectural standards are met.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical field.
- 10+ years of hands-on software development experience in enterprise web applications, microservices, or distributed backend systems.
- Proven experience with static code analysis (SAST) remediation and managing third-party dependency/package upgrades in production.
- Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, OpenShift).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in multiple core programming languages such as Java (Spring Boot), Python, Go, C#/.NET, or TypeScript/Node.js with strong coding and debugging skills.
- Pragmatic and detail-oriented technical lead comfortable working closely with application developers and contractor engineers at the code level.
- Capable of rapidly optimizing build and release pipelines to enable same-day hotfix deployment and minimize build/release friction.
