About This Role
- Design and develop optimal software solutions by collaborating with cross-domain stakeholders.
- Own end-to-end implementation of backend systems including deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Identify and deliver scalable solutions for company-wide infrastructure challenges with a DevOps approach.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-10 years of software engineering experience building and scaling production systems.
- Experience leading a pod of 3-4+ engineers, defining technical direction, and driving delivery from design to production.
- Proficient in at least two languages among Python, Go, Rust, or C.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in systems-level programming and comfortable with networking fundamentals and operating systems knowledge.
- Proven ability to lead small engineering teams and conduct technical design reviews to unblock implementation challenges.
- Familiarity with AI-driven insights integration and awareness of cloud technologies and related tools like Mesos, KVM/QEMU.
