About This Role
- Analyze and benchmark customer datasets to provide actionable insights and support operational improvements using Nexthink.
- Maintain and upgrade customer Nexthink instances, ensuring healthy operation and integration with existing solutions and internal processes.
- Advise customers by analyzing their needs and strategic plans to recommend optimal use of Nexthink, collaborating with specialized teams for content creation and supporting automation opportunities.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in technical consulting, analytics, and automation.
- Working knowledge of Nexthink products and extensive technical knowledge of end-user computing.
- Preferred BE/BS degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% for training purposes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience driving transformation projects such as Windows 11 or Office 365 deployments.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with product and technical teams to deliver solutions and drive feature innovation based on customer feedback.
- Good knowledge of IT operations in complex or challenging environments and proficiency in business-level English.
