About This Role
- Own and execute automated testing suites and scripts integrated with continuous integration tools to ensure code quality and functionality.
- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks supporting various testing types including performance, load, security, and service virtualization.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle with accountability for code quality, regression testing, and continuous delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- Typically requires minimum 2 years of professional experience in software testing, coding, designing, and development.
- Proficiency with automated testing frameworks and scripting for unit, component, and API testing.
- Experience or familiarity with continuous integration tools and test automation in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, TDD, BDD).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Mid-level software testing professional with hands-on experience in automated test suite development across multiple testing areas (functional, performance, security).
- Experience working collaboratively in Agile and continuous delivery settings, owning quality checks and test impact analysis.
- Comfortable developing maintainable testing tools and frameworks, integrating with CI/CD pipelines, and analyzing moderately complex system performance and security compliance.
