About This Role
- Own end-to-end management and operational maintenance of electromechanical and utility services during shift hours at the site.
- Lead and manage a technical engineering team including hiring, training, and performance oversight to meet SLAs and KPIs.
- Coordinate with property management and clients to ensure compliance, risk mitigation, preventive maintenance, and timely issue resolution including vendor and financial management.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- 4-5 years of work experience in Real Estate, Commercial IT Building, or Hotel facility management.
- On-site work location in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
- Experience with electrical designs, OSHA/NFPA compliance, and preventive maintenance programs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams within commercial real estate or related property management environments.
- Demonstrates strong operational accountability for asset maintenance, vendor management, and compliance adherence.
- Capable of driving preventive maintenance, safety procedures, and customer service coordination under shift-based working conditions.
