About This Role
- Lead and execute multiple complex analytic projects using machine learning, deep learning, and Generative AI to develop predictive models and analytics solutions for North America Consumer Bank.
- Design, fine-tune, validate, deploy, and govern large language models (LLMs) and Generative AI applications, including prompt engineering and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships while ensuring compliance with Citi’s model governance and fair lending standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 6-7 years or Master’s degree with 4-5 years of experience in data analytics; PhD also acceptable.
- Proven experience in PySpark/Python/R programming, strong SQL skills, and working with large datasets and data warehouses.
- Strong background in machine learning, statistical modeling, deep learning, and Generative AI techniques.
- Experience with model development, validation, production deployment, and governance; experience in Credit Cards and Retail Banking preferred.
