About This Role
- Participate in the design, development, testing, and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs aligned with business needs.
- Monitor and control all phases of software development lifecycle including analysis, design, construction, testing, and user support.
- Serve as a subject matter expert advising stakeholders and coaching junior analysts while ensuring adherence to risk, compliance, and security requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in systems analysis and software application programming.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience managing and implementing successful IT projects with consulting/project management knowledge.
- Work Experience Required: 5-8 years in relevant roles.

- Demonstrates ability to operate independently with sound judgment and to advise senior stakeholders as a SME.
