About This Role
- Lead design, implementation, and daily operations of Ethics & Compliance program in India, focusing on anti-bribery, anti-corruption (ABAC), and trade compliance.
- Serve as primary compliance point of contact for business leaders and support occasional regional compliance matters (JAPAC, Middle East).
- Conduct risk assessments, audits, compliance training, internal investigations, and report compliance metrics to global leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant compliance experience in anti-bribery, regulatory, and/or trade compliance in a multinational corporate environment.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally.
- Work Experience Required: 8+ years; Legal qualification preferred but not required; Role not eligible for work visa sponsorship.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working within India and emerging markets compliance environments with knowledge of Indian regulatory and international frameworks like FCPA and UK Bribery Act.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence across a global matrixed organization without direct authority.
- Comfortable supporting compliance in multiple regions and operating across diverse time zones and cultures.
