About This Role
- Define engineering strategy and develop greenfield solutions foundational for future Service Domain initiatives within Payments Technology - Batch.
- Lead design, implementation, and modernization efforts including work on legacy systems such as WebSphere.
- Guide high performing API and Cloud engineering teams, ensuring robust, maintainable, and production-ready solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 14-18 years of experience in Java/J2EE and scripting languages (TypeScript/JavaScript/Python).
- Proficiency with AWS services including Lambda, API Gateway, EKS, IAM Roles and Policies, Beanstalk, Fargate, VPC, Subnets, Route tables, and Load Balancers.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub, GitHub Actions, SonarQube/Cloud, TeamCity/Jenkins), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and monitoring tools (Splunk/ObservInc, AppDynamics, CloudWatch).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related engineering field.
