About This Role
- Support and execute AOP, strategic planning, forecasting, consolidation, system loads, and data tie-outs.
- Analyze financial and operational performance including P&L, working capital, KPIs, trends, risks, opportunities, and key business drivers.
- Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, reports, and tools for forecasting, scenario analysis, and prepare executive-level presentations.
Minimum Requirements
- CA Inter, CMA, MBA qualified with 4 to 6 years relevant experience.
- 2 to 3 years experience with Power BI, SQL, and analytics tools in finance or supply chain environments.
- Understanding of key supply chain finance concepts like gross margin, absorption, yield, productivity, and PPV.
- Work Location: Hebbal, Bangalore (Karnataka), Hybrid Mode.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in financial planning and analysis within finance or supply chain domains, using BI and SQL tools.
- Capable of managing multiple complex financial processes including month-end close and reporting for improved accuracy and efficiency.
- Demonstrates ability to drive process improvements through automation, digital tools, and AI-enabled analytics.
