About This Role
- Develop and deliver full-stack software features for an AI-driven HRS platform using C#/.NET, ASP.NET Core, SQL, and modern web front-end technologies.
- Integrate and maintain AI functionalities including large language models and agentic AI tools within enterprise applications, ensuring compliance with security and privacy regulations.
- Use AI-assisted development tools daily to improve code quality and delivery speed, also mentoring team members on effective AI tool usage and engineering best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years professional software development experience primarily with C# and .NET Core.
- Proficiency in ASP.NET Core, RESTful APIs, SQL Server/Azure SQL, ORM frameworks, and front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript with Angular preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services, CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps), unit testing frameworks, and secure authentication protocols (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect).
- Hands-on use of AI-assisted engineering tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) integrated into daily development workflow with at least one shipped project demonstrating AI-driven delivery improvements.

- Experienced in building and shipping enterprise-level web applications leveraging Microsoft technology stack with deep knowledge of AI integrations.
- Comfortable working with agentic AI tools and managing AI contexts, guardrails, and instruction sets to produce reliable production code.
- Strong in logical reasoning, thorough testing practices, CI/CD usage, and cross-team collaboration to deliver quality software efficiently.
