About This Role
- Provide DevOps support for Oracle CPQ, including root cause analysis and incident resolution to meet SLAs.
- Collaborate with teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments, and monitor system performance.
- Integrate Oracle CPQ with ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems, maintaining technical documentation and driving process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience specifically in Oracle CPQ.
- Strong knowledge of DevOps practices including CI/CD, automation, and monitoring tools.
- Experience in incident management and root cause analysis.
- Experience with CPQ technical areas like BML scripting, pricing rules, configuration models, and approval workflows.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced Oracle CPQ professional with practical DevOps operational skills and familiarity with production incident resolution.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams integrating CPQ with other enterprise systems via APIs (REST/SOAP) and scripting (BML, BMQL).
- Knowledgeable in Agile methodologies and capable of maintaining technical documentation to support continuous system improvements.
