About This Role
- Oversee end-to-end progression, contract review, and commitment tracking for complex Roundel business opportunities ensuring compliance with controls and timelines.
- Maintain high data integrity and perform quality checks across Salesforce, Workday, and related systems; resolve operational escalations and discrepancies.
- Collaborate with accounting and cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, support month-end/year-end activities, and provide guidance to junior team members.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in accounting operations, finance operations, contract administration, or business operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate formulas, data analysis), Word, and PowerPoint.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in related fields as mentioned; knowledge of Salesforce or Workday is advantageous but not mandatory.

- Experienced in handling complex accounting operations and contract management within cross-functional or global teams.
- Capable of managing operational escalations and maintaining stringent data integrity and compliance controls under tight deadlines.
