About This Role
- Produce client research such as thematic reports, predictive analytics, and market insights to support JLL's business lines.
- Create business support materials and client presentations, including dashboards, using advanced data software and AI/tech tools.
- Drive implementation and usage of new tech tools in research outputs while tracking policy announcements and economic trends relevant to real estate.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Real Estate (Planning or Architecture), Economics, or Business Administration.
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience in research or analytics related to real estate or economic data.
- Must be able to work on-site in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with GIS, AI tools, and data management systems for handling large datasets and creating dashboards.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in producing client-facing research insights, including thematic and predictive analytics on real estate markets.
- Comfortable working with large datasets, data cleaning, statistical analysis, and advanced data visualization tools.
- Able to collaborate with research leadership and internal business lines to align research outputs with client and business needs.
