About This Role
- Serve as first escalation point for property managers, clients, and offshore lease administration team on lease queries and instructions.
- Conduct lease abstractions (new setups, renewals, assignments, modifications) and maintain accurate lease data in MRI and other systems.
- Manage key lease administration activities including rent reviews, reporting, audits, training, and process improvements to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of property management experience with lease abstraction expertise.
- Bachelor's degree in B.Com, BBA, or MBA.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and hands-on experience with MRI lease administration tool.
- On-site work required in Gurugram location.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in detailed lease abstraction and legal lease document interpretation for commercial properties.
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple lease administration processes independently with minimal supervision.
- Capable of working with multiple stakeholders and driving process improvements in lease data management and reporting.
