About This Role
- Design kitchen and wardrobe solutions for clients at the store using AutoCAD or 20-20 software.
- Drive and support sales activities at the store including meeting monthly sales targets and handling customer interactions.
- Manage end-to-end customer experience from site visits, measurements, order booking, installation scheduling, to follow-ups and maintaining leads database.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Designing or furniture design or related field.
- Experience range: 0-4 years; fresh graduates eligible.
- Proficient in AutoCAD or 20-20 design software.
- Willingness to work weekends and relocate within the assigned state location (e.g., Guntur, AP).

- Comfortable working directly with clients and handling multiple customer touchpoints including site visits and feedback.
- Capable of balancing technical design skills with sales targets and customer relationship management.
- Able to coordinate across teams and maintain organized reporting and lead generation activities.
