About This Role
- Prepare and issue commercial quotations, proforma invoices, and tender documents based on inputs from field reps.
- Verify client purchase orders, enter orders into ERP/Tally, and coordinate with stores/logistics for timely dispatch.
- Support sales team operationally by updating inventory reports, managing client databases, and handling payment follow-ups with finance.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience: 0 - 1 Years.
- Familiarity with ERP/Tally systems for order entry.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel for client database and reporting.
- Work Experience Required: 0 - 1 Years.
