About This Role
- Manage and service laundry, dish machines, and dispensing equipment within assigned territory, ensuring customer operations are functional and safe.
- Conduct customer visits using mobile tools to recommend solutions and grow sales in hospitality, foodservice, and related sectors.
- Provide emergency service and assist in equipment installation while managing inventory and costs.
Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of sales, mechanical service, customer service, food service, or hospitality-related experience.
- Valid driver's license with no restrictions; ability to drive company vehicles (subject to motor vehicle record checks).
- Availability to work overnight shifts, weekends, holidays, and provide emergency assistance as needed.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in field-based roles involving mechanical problem-solving and customer service in hospitality or related sectors.
- Comfortable with physical job demands such as lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, bending, and working in confined spaces.
- Able to use mobile technology tools for customer engagement and territory management.
