About This Role
- Manage auditing and financial record accuracy including identification and resolution of discrepancies.
- Oversee statutory compliance for payroll (ESIC, PF), MSME filings, TDS, GST including ISD returns, e-way bills, invoicing, and Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM).
- Maintain compliance calendars and ensure timely filing of all statutory returns and regulatory submissions.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management with specialization in Finance and Accounting.
- 4-7 years of relevant experience in finance accounting.
- Proficient knowledge of GST, TDS, ESIC, PF, MSME and other statutory compliance requirements.
- This is an in-person role at Gurgaon HQ, working Monday to Friday in office, Saturday remote; laptop with BYOD mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling end-to-end statutory compliance in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong technical skills in MS Excel and Tally for accurate financial processing and reporting.
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple compliance streams including audits, payroll, and tax filings effectively.
