About This Role
- Lead and strengthen Master Data Management (MDM) data consumption, quality, validation, and downstream reporting processes for Customer 360 / Reference 360 ecosystems.
- Perform data quality monitoring, issue investigation, data remediation for regulatory reporting needs, and produce operational metrics and dashboards for governance and leadership.
- Collaborate with data stewards, business SMEs, technology, and governance teams to ensure master data accuracy, support stewardship activities, and identify process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience in Data Analysis, Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Operations, or Enterprise Data Management.
- Strong SQL querying and data analysis skills; experience with data profiling, reconciliation, root cause analysis, and reporting/dashboard development.
- Experience supporting enterprise data governance and stewardship initiatives; familiarity with data management programs preferred.
- Job location: Bangalore; Role type: Hybrid; Shift timing: 2 pm - 11 pm.
