About This Role
- Ensure accurate financial processing and workflow optimization for offshore 529 plan administration using Kofax and Unite.
- Perform advanced operational and financial analysis, data reconciliations, exception resolution, and report preparation to maintain account and reporting integrity.
- Lead automation and process improvements to reduce errors and support audits with documented operational controls.
Minimum Requirements
- Work Experience Required: 2 to 4 years in US retirement industry.
- MBA preferred with a finance background.
- Ability to work flexible hours including night shifts to align with onshore team requirements.
- Familiarity with Kofax, Unite systems and proficiency in MS Office including Excel and Word.

- Experienced with offshore financial operations and regulatory compliance in US 529 plans or related financial services.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on process improvement and error reduction.
