About This Role
- Support and enhance Oracle Financial Systems operations across Oracle EBS (GL, FAH) and Fusion environments ensuring reliable financial processing and system integrity.
- Lead and actively participate in the transformation project from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud including end-to-end testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Manage Oracle operations processes such as customer query handling, application access management, and compliance with SLAs and audit requirements while driving continuous process improvement and financial control.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in B.COM, B.Tech, MBA, or postgraduate qualification.
- 4-5 years of relevant experience with strong expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP Financials (GL, AHCS, Projects) implementation and/or support.
- Proven experience in people leadership managing small to mid-size teams.
- Flexible to work in shifts to support 24x7 operations, especially during month-end close periods.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing Oracle Financial Systems operations with a focus on Oracle EBS to Fusion Cloud transition projects.
- Strong functional finance knowledge in financial accounting and reporting, coupled with project and change management skills.
- Capable of collaborating cross-functionally with Finance, Technology, and business stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and process standardization.
