About This Role
- Own end-to-end business analysis for technology solutions in Fidelity's General Counsel function, engaging senior stakeholders across Audit, Risk, Compliance, and Legal.
- Lead requirement gathering, documentation, and test strategy development aligned with Agile delivery teams including solution architects and product owners.
- Drive stakeholder influence and collaborative delivery ensuring solutions meet business needs and maintain data quality.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-10+ years of Business Analysis experience delivering business and technology solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree required (B.E./B.Tech/MBA/M.C.A/Other).
- Experienced in Agile environments, familiar with JIRA or similar tools.
- Experience engaging with senior business stakeholders and managing cross-functional teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in complex, global regulatory or legal compliance technology environments, preferably linked to Risk, Compliance, or Audit domains.
- Demonstrates confidence and ability to influence senior stakeholders and balance strategic and tactical priorities.
- Comfortable working in geographically distributed, multicultural teams with flexible timing to support global collaboration.
