About This Role
- Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and support to a software engineering team to develop products and solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and manage project tasks, timelines, resources, and risks for successful software delivery.
- Mentor and support professional growth of team members while contributing to software engineering strategy and technology assessments.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent education and experience.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant industry experience, including at least 2 years in a similar leadership or mentoring role.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages and software development methodologies.
- Strong programming, debugging skills, and familiarity with software development best practices.

- Experienced in managing and guiding software engineering teams with demonstrated technical leadership.
- Capable of balancing technical oversight with project management including risk mitigation and resource allocation.
