About This Role
- Support Corporate Trust Americas business focused on Mortgage-Backed Securities (MBS) and Asset-Backed Securities (ABS) structured finance transactions.
- Process and settle deal-related transactions including account opening, payments, investments, and bondholder distributions accurately and timely on a portfolio of 100+ trusts.
- Maintain deal management systems, document handling, revenue management, and client reporting to ensure quality service and compliance with contractual obligations.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience in investment banking or corporate banking administration, specifically in ABS/MBS administration.
- Degree-level education or equivalent.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Work under modified New York working hours to support Americas MBS/ABS business.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong knowledge of global financial services, fixed income, and debt capital markets with practical banking operations experience including FED wires, SWIFT, and payment processing.
- Analytical, numerate with strong reconciliation and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communicator able to interact with multiple internal and external stakeholders professionally across disciplines.
