About This Role
- Own the gathering, analysis, and documentation of business requirements for Operational Risk Management (ORM) in BFSI.
- Support and coordinate the implementation, configuration, enhancement, and production support of ORM automation on GRC platforms.
- Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), functional testing, and stakeholder/vendor coordination for ORM automation solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
- Strong functional knowledge and experience in Operational Risk Management (ORM).
- Mandatory experience in BFSI domain.
- Hands-on experience with GRC platform implementation, configuration, and support; 100% Onsite in Mumbai.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Has combined expertise in Business Analysis and functional ORM processes within BFSI sector.
- Experience working with GRC platforms such as ServiceNow ORM, MetricStream, RSA Archer, or SAP GRC.
- Demonstrates ability to manage stakeholder and vendor relationships through complex ORM automation implementations.
