About This Role
- Own day-to-day technical implementation, development, troubleshooting, integrations, performance, security, and production support for Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Design, configure, develop, and support end-to-end case lifecycle processes and Service Cloud features including Omni-Channel routing, Service Console customization, and Knowledge management.
- Lead technical discussions, provide direction and guidance to developers, communicate proactively with stakeholders, and ensure quality delivery through code reviews and technical documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of Salesforce development/implementation experience with substantial Service Cloud delivery experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components, Flows, asynchronous processing, testing, and debugging.
- Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP), Salesforce security configuration, performance optimization, and deployment/CI-CD processes.
- Work Experience Required: 6+ years; Location: Bengaluru (with remote/hybrid options); Certifications Preferred: Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant and Platform Developer I; Platform Developer II is desirable.

- Capable of leading technical design and mentoring developers while managing communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams and experienced in troubleshooting integrations, performance tuning, and secure coding practices.
