About This Role
- Own and operate platform infrastructure and non-production environments to enable rapid, safe engineering development and testing.
- Lead transition from shared environments to automated, code-defined local and ephemeral environments, ensuring environment health and platform service reliability.
- Maintain and evolve Argo CD deployment pipelines, secrets management (Vault), and feature flagging infrastructure to scale deployment and configuration capabilities.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-6 years of relevant engineering experience (implied from job level and description).
- Experience with Kubernetes in production or pre-production environments.
- Strong practical knowledge of continuous delivery pipelines and GitOps workflows, especially with Argo CD.
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools and secrets management technologies like HashiCorp Vault.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced individual contributor comfortable with end-to-end ownership of platform infrastructure in collaborative cross-functional teams.
- Skilled in evolving platform tooling including Go-based tools and Kubernetes Operators, with focus on developer experience and platform resilience.
- Ability to communicate technical trade-offs and support engineering teams effectively, contributing to agile planning and on-call rotations.
