About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain DataStage/Netezza-based enterprise data warehouse objects including tables, views, stored procedures, and scripts.
- Optimize DataStage ETL jobs and DB2 SQL queries for complex data transformations to ensure high performance and data integrity.
- Perform database administration tasks such as schema design, access control, system monitoring, backup, recovery, and migration activities.
Minimum Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience with Netezza, DataStage, DB2, and SQL in data warehousing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Proficient in database performance monitoring and optimization.
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix and shell scripting.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in L3 support environments and handling mission-critical data warehouse systems with focus on performance and availability.
- Able to collaborate with IT and business teams to deliver accurate and timely data solutions and troubleshoot operational issues.
- Comfortable working rotational shifts and participating in multi-round interview processes including onsite.
