About This Role
- Track and analyze Pune's office, retail, and residential real estate markets, including policy and infrastructure developments.
- Collect and validate data from primary sources and internal teams to support market reports, forecasts, and client research.
- Maintain and update Pune REIS databases and provide detailed market intelligence and client reports using Excel and other data management tools.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Real Estate (Planning or Architecture), Economics, or Business Administration.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in real estate research or market intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with data cleaning, preparation, and analysis.
- On-site work location: Pune, Maharashtra.

- Experienced in real estate market research with a focus on data-driven market intelligence and forecasting.
- Comfortable conducting primary research including site visits and interactions with developers and internal stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills for database management, statistical analysis, and report writing.
