About This Role
- Contribute to application systems analysis and programming, including defining system enhancements and using scripting tools.
- Consult with users and technology teams to recommend programming solutions, install, and support customer exposure systems.
- Analyze applications for vulnerabilities, conduct testing and debugging, and advise or coach junior analysts.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in Applications Development, preferably within Financial Services.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Intermediate level application development skills with knowledge of programming languages and scripting tools.
- Work Experience Required: 2-5 years relevant experience in Financial Services.

- Demonstrates ability to operate with limited supervision and exercise independent judgment in technical decisions.
- Experienced in risk assessment related to compliance and security within financial technology environments.
- Capable of advising senior stakeholders and mentoring junior team members, indicating good technical depth and communication skills.
