About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, secure, and resilient software across multiple components within a product or service area.
- Own operational health of software components including monitoring, logging, incident response, and reducing technical debt to improve stability and maintainability.
- Collaborate with Product and stakeholders to align technical solutions to business outcomes and mentor junior engineers through code reviews and sharing knowledge.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in C# (.NET), JavaScript/TypeScript (React), and SQL (PostgreSQL).
- Experience designing and operating cloud-native applications on AWS with services like EC2, Lambda, S3, SNS, SQS, Elastic Beanstalk.
- Work Experience Required: Typically 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in delivering large, complex, global or multi-tenant production systems across multiple components.
- Strong system design skills including SOLID principles, design patterns, API design, domain-driven design, and event-driven architectures.
- Proactive in owning production reliability, observability, incident response, and improving team engineering practices in an Agile, cross-functional environment.
