About This Role
- Lead validation and qualification of digital control systems (PLCs, SCADA, DCS, MES) to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory frameworks.
- Monitor and optimize automated process controls to reduce variability, cycle time, and defects using advanced control and predictive quality models.
- Manage change control, audit readiness, and root cause analysis for automation quality deviations, supporting compliance and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Automation Engineering, Instrumentation Control, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related technical field.
- 4 to 7 years of industrial automation experience with 2-3 years focused on quality compliance, system validation, or automation quality assurance.
- Strong knowledge of PLCs (Siemens, Rockwell, Schneider), SCADA, DCS, HMI configurations, and familiarity with ISO 9001 and regulatory quality standards (GAMP5, FDA 21 CFR Part 11) is required or strongly preferred.
- Experience in writing/executing validation protocols, risk assessments (FMEA), and managing change control processes.

- Proficient in data-driven process optimization and advanced quality analytics, including SPC and Industry 4.0 technologies.
