About This Role
- Lead and govern cross-functional delivery of Visa Commercial Solutions (VCS) programs ensuring planning, prioritization, and execution aligned with 2030 Strategic objectives.
- Manage program forecasts, budgets, labor capitalization, and asset depreciation while driving transformation via Agentic lifecycle methodology and agile best practices.
- Provide telemetry-based reporting on quality, flow, and value metrics and coach teams to adopt advanced agile and enterprise operational methodologies leveraging AI Agentic tools.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years technical program management or software development experience with Bachelor's degree or 8+ years with advanced degree or 5+ years with PhD.
- Experience with AI Agentic tools like Claude Code for plugin/agent development.
- Proficiency in enterprise program management tools (Jira, Jira Align, Clarity) and analytical reporting tools (Power BI).
- Scaled Agile Certification (e.g., SAFe for Teams, Leading SAFe) mandatory.

- Strong business acumen with ability to partner across product, operations, cybersecurity, and technology teams to drive collaboration and alignment on strategic OKRs.
- Data-centric, analytical mindset with proven capability to leverage AI tools and telemetry metrics to optimize program delivery and governance.
