About This Role
- Support business initiatives across Finance and Operations aligning with organizational goals through data analysis and reporting.
- Assist in fund accounting tasks including NAV calculations, reconciliations, audit support, invoice processing, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
- Maintain documentation, trackers, dashboards, and adhere to internal controls, compliance, and data privacy protocols to ensure accuracy and integrity in financial and operational processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Candidates should be final-year or graduate students specializing in Finance, Accounting, or Operations.
- Work Experience Required: Final year and Graduates with exposure to core business functions including fund accounting, finance operations and corporate governance.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Excel, ERP systems, and reporting dashboards.
- Candidates must have relevant work rights and successfully complete background screening prior to employment.

- Comfortable working in finance operations including fund accounting, financial reporting, and maintaining compliance documentation.
