About This Role
- Provide performance and attribution services for EMEA and NA clients, including delivering monthly attribution reports within deadlines.
- Review portfolios and securities breaching tolerance levels daily and collaborate with JV/Upstream teams to validate performance data.
- Address client and onshore reporting team queries related to performance/attribution data and manage adhoc projects, ensuring timely completion.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-8 years of experience in Middle Office or Performance roles.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance from a reputed college.
- Basic knowledge of asset classes like Equity, Fixed Income, and Multi Asset.
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint); VBA/SQL knowledge is advantageous.

- Experienced in performance calculation processes and auditing procedures within investment management.
- Capability to work under tight deadlines with strong problem-solving and project management skills.
