About This Role
- Lead business analysis and change management for statutory and regulatory reporting initiatives, ensuring compliance with evolving financial regulations.
- Act as primary liaison between Reporting, Finance, Data, Technology, Risk, and other stakeholders to translate complex regulatory requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Own end-to-end delivery activities including impact assessment, requirements gathering, testing coordination, and business readiness for regulatory reporting changes.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Regulatory Reporting, or related financial services domain.
- Strong knowledge of statutory and regulatory financial reporting processes within banking or highly regulated financial environments.
- Experience with regulatory reporting change delivery including requirements analysis, impact assessments, testing, and implementation.
- Preferred experience with Workiva and/or Axiom platforms; experience with SQL or data analysis tools is advantageous but not mandatory.

- Experienced in end-to-end regulatory reporting change management and cross-functional stakeholder communication at senior levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-jurisdictional reporting frameworks and global delivery environments.
- Comfortable working with technology, data, compliance, and risk stakeholders to deliver integrated reporting solutions under regulatory constraints.
