About This Role
- Implement and manage technical setups for clinical programming and Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure compliance with data management standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational protocols while maintaining documentation such as SOPs and work instructions.
- Support clinical data processing, quality assurance, troubleshooting data issues, and collaborate with biostatistics/statistical programming teams for data analysis and reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Vocational Education in Medical or Life Sciences or equivalent.
- 5-8 years of experience in Data Management within Pharma or Medtech industry.
- Experience with Data Management tools, preferably Medidata Rave and Greenlight Guru.
- Location/Work Setup: Onsite presence required in company facilities at least 3 days per week.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Pharma or Medtech clinical data management with hands-on knowledge of EDC systems and clinical database management.
- Demonstrates proficiency in regulatory compliance, data quality assurance, and clinical data documentation.
- Capable of cross-functional collaboration with biostatistics and programming teams, and skilled in troubleshooting and guiding team members on data management tasks.
