About This Role
- Lead implementation of buying channel content strategy in Ariba Guided Buying module across spend categories to enhance procurement compliance and employee shopping experience.
- Own optimization, governance, and activation of buying channels including catalogs, marketplaces, and tail spend solutions, with accountability for KPI monitoring and continuous improvement.
- Drive change management and adoption among procurement teams and requisitioners, ensuring training, documentation, and support for buying channel processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 18+ years of experience, with substantial exposure to Procurement or related fields.
- Deep expertise in source-to-contract processes and procurement systems with proven global process roll-out experience.
- Experience managing teams and projects, plus strong skills in process design, governance, and improvement.
