About This Role
- Lead product costing and financial reporting for manufacturing operations in India to ensure accuracy and timely completion of cost analysis.
- Manage month-end production accounting close, reconciliations, and provide clear management reporting for stakeholders.
- Drive improvements in costing processes, data quality, automation, and support financial controls and audit activities within manufacturing and supply chain finance functions.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or equivalent field.
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, CPA) or actively pursuing completion.
- Minimum 5 years experience in product costing, production accounting, or manufacturing finance.
- Experience with ERP systems required; SAP experience preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in partnering with manufacturing sites and supply chain finance in a global matrix organization.
- Hands-on knowledge of SAP manufacturing costing modules or similar costing software with process improvement and automation experience.
- Strong analytical capability focused on delivering practical results and supporting accurate decision-making.
